After finishing The Hill School in Pottstown and receiving his B.A. degree at the University of Rochester, NY, Dr. Lin received his DMD degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. A year learning at the Lehigh Valley Hospital General Practice Residency Program was followed by a return to the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate Program in Endodontics. Dr. Lin was an instructor at the School's Microscope Training Center, where participants from around the world came to learn microendodontics and microsurgery. After his endodontic training, he returned to Allentown to work in private practice. Dr. Lin was an attending and lecturer at the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital GPR programs, and lecturer to the Muhlenburg Hospital GPR program as well. He also served as a faculty member, teaching at the University of Pennsylvania Endodontic Program. He has worked in private practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania prior to returning to the Lehigh Valley. Dr. Lin is a current member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the New Jersey Endodontic Society.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lin enjoys various sports, travel, and good food, as well as keeping up with his three leading ladies (wife and 2 daughters).
